Do I need a paid Claude subscription?
Yes —Claude Pro ($28 AUD/month) gives you access to the features we'll be using. If you're not subscribed yet, we can sort that before the session. The cost of this service is in addition to your Claude subscription.
What's the difference between this and the Prompt Power Hour?
The Prompt Power Hour is an hour focused on a specific marketing task or challenge. Claude Ready is a full setup session —we build your workspace, brand voice, and core prompts from scratch. It's deeper, broader, and leaves you with a complete system rather than one polished prompt.
Can I bring a team member?
Absolutely. Bring a VA, marketing assistant, or operations person —it's often more useful when the person who'll actually use Claude day-to-day is in the room.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
The 30-day check-in is specifically there to catch this. If your setup isn't working the way it should after you've used it for a month, I'll work with you to fix it. That's included, not an add-on.
How do I book?
Pay to secure your spot, then I'll send you a Calendly link to pick a session time plus your pre-work form. Turn around for bookings is typically 1–2 weeks.
